1) Find the Cap, Beanie or Visor you RequireBrowse the thumb images* by clicking on each of the Section pages on the left of this page. eg. "Wool Caps"

Use the 'Quick Search' facility at the top right of the page. Choose from the search results.

2) Select the required colour for the chosen item of Headwear.The Pull Down menus provides a list of all colours we have instock for this particular Cap, Beanie Hat or Visor. You can view a rough colour guide by clicking the 'COLOUR INFO' link.
Don't forget, if you can't find the particular colour you require please enquire about our Custom Manufacturing Program. |
3) Enter Quantity, wholesale or samplesClick in the Box marked "Quantity", this will allow you to enter the required quantity of caps for the selected Colour. Should require another colour, click the 'add to cart' button and simply go back to stage 2 and select another colour, then repeat this step. The more caps required, the price per cap will lower automatically depending on the final quantity entered.
Price: (11 or less) £2.95
Price: (12 to 23 pcs) £2.45
Price: (24 to 143 pcs) £1.95
Price: (144 or more) £1.85
In the above example, ordering 24 pieces of a particular style (in any colour i.e a mix of colours) will discount the price from £2.95 to £1.95 per piece. Saving you £24.00
Please note, our plain caps are stored in our warehouse in solid colours in multiples of 12, hence when possible, please help us by ordering in solid colours in the multiples of 12. This enables us to dispatch orders quicker and in perfect condition. |
4) Check OutClick the 'Check Out' button shown on the top right in the grey shaded box. This box also contains the 'Veiw Cart' button and is ideal for checking you've added the rights items to your Cart during the ordering process. |
5) Select Shipping Destination By default, the shipping destination already selected is United Kingdom (Mainland). If you require shipping to a UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Island or any other Country, please choose the appropriate destination.
[If you require delivery to an address different to the invoice address, simply tick the box shown. If paying by Card we can only dispatch to the Card Statement Address. This is to protect us and the Card Holder from fraudulent use of the Card.].
Once you have done this, click the NEXT button.

6) Enter your INVOICE (and Delivery Address if Different)Please enter your 'Invoice' (and delivery address, if applicable).
To prevent delays in dispatch of your order, if paying by Card, please ensure the delivery address, is EXACTLY as it appears on your Card Statement.
After you have read our Terms & Conditions, please tick the appropriate box shown so we are aware of this. These Terms & Conditions are important to prevent any confusion at a later date and are for your benefit.

7) Choose your Payment MethodThere are genenerally 3 options of payment for most customers;
1) Credit/Debit Card
2) Cheque
3) Bank Transfer
The only exceptions are as follows;
If the Delivery Address is outside of the UK select 3
You are an Educational Establishment paying on Invoice, select either 2 or 3
You cannot pay by Card as we require delivery to the Card Statement Address, select 2 or 3

8) If paying by CardIf paying by Card, select the 'Credit/Debit Card (UK only)' option.
This will take you to the next screen and a secure page will load. If this page does not load, please select the NEXT button.
This is a secure area for you to enter your Card Details.
You can check this by noting, the "HTTPS://...." and the Gold Padlock in the address bar. Our Card processing is carried out by CreditCall, an independent Card processing Unit. This ensures that your Card details are kept save and cannot be downloaded by us in full. By using such methods, you can ensure that your Card Details cannot be passed onto 3rd Parties for fraudulent use. |
9) Payment by Cheque or Bank TransferThese 2 options are similar and hence either option of payment is still accepted regardless of what payment type was selected.
Payment by Cheque
Once you have selected the 'Payment By Cheque' option an Order Number will be generated for this order. Write the Order Number on the back and post the cheque to our UK address shown on the Order Confirmation.
Payment by Bank Transfer (Recommended for Faster Dispatch)
Simply make a Bank Transfer from your Bank to ours using either the generated Order Number or your Company Name as a reference. Our Bank Details can be found in our FAQ section and on the Order Confirmation. We also accept the Fast Payments method |
