We do not recommend embroidery for this Cap due to movement within the foam.
This trucker cap is ideal for Platisol Transfer and certain Vinyl Printing techniques, we are glad to offer both these services inhouse if required. Simply contact us for a quote.
2) What is your minimum order for Printed Trucker Caps?
We have no minimum order for printing these trucker caps as such, however our minimum charge for the Plastisol Transfers would be for 50 transfers. For vinyl printing, you can order any quantity you require printed even if it is one printed trucker cap. We do not recommend vinyl printing for very complex designs, i.e. design with lots of curves
3) Can you print these Trucker Caps for our Stag Party?
Yes, we can include individual names / nick names on each trucker cap via our Vinyl Print method. There is no minimum quantity that you have to order for this service.
4) Are these trucker hats suitable for sublimation printing?
Yes, we recommend this hat and the #3925 for sublimation printing. However, as always, you are advised to order samples and carry out your own test prints first.
